About

I’m a plant-based food content creator, home chef, cookbook author, and proud Afro-Latina mother from Roatán, Honduras, raised in New York. My kitchen is where culture, creativity, and compassion come together—where bold, vibrant flavors meet intentional, plant-forward cooking made for real life.
As a Black Afro-Latina woman and mother, food is deeply connected to my heritage, healing, and home. I create approachable, comforting recipes that honor my Honduran roots and New York upbringing while embracing wellness, joy, and ease. Through my cookbooks and digital content, I share plant-based dishes that are soulful, satisfying, and rooted in love, representation, and tradition.
Cooking is my love language, and my mission is to inspire families—especially busy moms—to nourish their bodies, celebrate culture, and fall in love with plant-based cooking one delicious meal at a time.
